Third-party services
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. Submitting a form sends your data to Formspree's servers under their own privacy policy. We also use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site (heatmaps and anonymised session recordings) — both collect aggregate usage data, not personal identifiers tied to your form submissions.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we start working together, for the duration of the engagement plus standard business record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
