Project enquiries
Submitting the project brief or contact form is an enquiry, not a binding agreement. Any actual engagement — scope, timeline, and cost — is confirmed separately in writing (proposal, quote, or contract) before work begins. Figures shown on this site (e.g. indicative starting prices) are estimates and the final quote may differ based on your project's scope.
No warranty on site content
We keep this site accurate to the best of our knowledge, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Case study metrics are real and independently verifiable (e.g. via Google PageSpeed Insights) at the time they were measured, but external sites we don't operate can change after publication.
Limitation of liability
GeekyTechh is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. For work delivered under a client engagement, liability terms are set out in that engagement's own contract.
